Quality assurance is the key to customer satisfaction and the company success. To maintain high quality in software development and services, we absolutely follow AIC software development process which is based on Rational Unified Process, MIL-STD 498, and attempting CMMi.

Workforce

Keeping up with growing requirement on business development , AIC has been always focused on human resource development to create an asset of over 50 skilled engineers (2004) qualified on higher education and postgraduate. They are required to successfully complete a regular training program that prepare them for future assignments and continued training remains a vital part of their responsibilities at AIC. Recruitment is more interested for expanding outsourcing operations.

• Simulation Sub-system for Command & Control (C2) system development (for a SaabTech project, 2000-2002)
• Real-time Data Distribution Sub-system (for Thales Coastal Surveillance System, 2000- 2004)

Audio and Voting System

• Develop and Integrate additional funtions for System handling software (Philips Voting System, 2003-2004).

Mobile Technology

• Implement some pilot-projects (English learning, Road finding,... software) for mobile phone using Symbian OS and PDA using Windows CE (from 2003).
