WELL TEST SYSTEM AWT-01

AWT-01 has been chosen by the leading oil & gas exploitation and production company in Vietnam (Vietsovpetro) to apply as an automatic well test system for their daily job.

System features

Measurement of surface parameter

The AWT-01 performs measurement of well surface in the line with downhole temperature and pressure. Surface parameters consist of: surface pressure & temperature, atmospheric pressure & temperature, separator pressure & temperature, fluid level, fluid flow.

Data measurement and processing software

This is composed of several functional programs:

  • Kuster program: data recording set-up, data reading for downhole pressure gauge
  • GlogWT program: measurement, calculation, display of recorded data in form, chart, instant clock and data printing
  • GeditWT program: display of last recorded data, manual correction/entry of new data, data
  • Flow calculation
  • Editdata program: data adjustment, change and printing in different formats (ASCII, DBF, LAS, MRG, DBASE)
  • Welltest program: well data sending/receiving, report printing

MUD LOGGING SYSTEM

Mud logging system is specially designed to monitor and control recorded parameter in the oil & gas well drilling. The system is used for water and mineral exploration & exploitation drilling as well. AIC has been awarded a contract to supply this system to Vietsovpetro.

Explosion safety system

Real-time software system is composed of:

- DAP module: system control, sampling, data analysis and transmission to Real-time workstation, calibrated data processing
- Real-time module: data acquisition from DAP, data analysis and display, parameter threshold set-up, real-time printing control
- Server module: measured data storerage, display and printing as depth and time calculation from Real-time and Playback modes
- Offline module of remote terminal: equipment adjustment, document setting as Dexponent and Master-log, and other functional programs such as Hydraulic calculation, kick control,
gas package, deviation package, geology package, overpressure package.
- Other software tools: data sending/receiving, symbol setting, plotter,...
