AUTOMATIC TEST SYSTEM AND TESTER

Engine Tester

Automatic engine test system is designed and developed for supporting technical parameter measurement and testing of internal combustion engines. Its expertise coves gasoline, diesel and electric fueled engines for a wide range of applications from motorcycle, automotive to marine propulsion units. It allows the operator to measure and make calculation on the recorded parameters: rotary speed, torque, lubricant pressure, dynamic pressure of combustion chamber, in/out lubricant temperature, air flow/temperature, fuel loss, power, etc.

A lot of automatic engine test systems have been commissioned in Vietnam Maritime University, Maritime Secondary School I & II, and a series of defense factories such as Z155, Z751, Z756, Z753, X50.

AIC also offers marine propulsion engine and steering test system for naval ships as HQ-333, HQ-359, and HQ-232. The system will perform a lot of engine measurement and testing as well as data acquisition from satellite GPS and other sources related. This system enables to make ship control in 2 modes: manual steering by the operator or automatic steering in accordance with specified routes.

Tester for electronic equipment

AIC has developed and delivered a wide range of testing systems for electronics (Test bench) to perform testing of electronic modules in the repair, maintenance and qualification. Its expertise spans a wide range of military electronics such as radar, missile system and other specialized system as well. Test bench is composed of a number of instruments like sensors, pulse generator, power supply, programmable matrix system, control card, GPIB card, interface modules, Comm Bus, ... It has been built on PC and specialized test software.

It has been awarded the contract to supply these systems for A29 factory and Vietsovpetro.

Tester for Geophysical instruments

This is a specialized testing system created to test and repair a number of geophysical instruments such as logging tool, circuit and functional modules of measurement equipment. It has, among its many distinctive features, main functions as: power supply to logging tool and other electronics, input signal supply to tested modules, measurement & analysis of recorded data, supporting tool for gauge experiment and design. With built-in and dedicated testing software, it has met the ever-increasing stringent requirements of customized geophysical instruments.
