Drill monitoring system

Drill monitoring system is designed to measure and monitor recorded parameters in the oil & gas well drilling: rotary speed (RPM) and torque, bit and hook weight, pump pressure and rate, mud flow, mud load, mud temperature, mud resistivity, mud gain/loss, ... This system will supply data display in real time, monitoring and analysis of drilling parameters as well as early warning for potential problems/incidents.
The system has been commissioned in Tam Dao and Cuu Long oil platforms (Vietsovpetro).

Logging tool

This tool is used for well data measurement and evaluation in
the oilfield exploitation, at the temperature of 377oF and 15Kpsi.
It is composed of a lot of instruments: telemeter, Platium Resistance Thermometer (PRT), Controlled Water Table (CWT), Gammar Radiation detector (GR), CFB, CCL, FDR, CAL, etc.
A wide range of these tools has been supplied to oil platforms of Vietsovpetro.

Data Acquisition & Processing System (DAP)

TThis type of well logging system has been
successfully replaced the old measured data recording “Open Hole” with sensitized paper and manual processing by automatic digital data recording and processing. This is allowed to store data safely and conveniently.

Well test system AWT-01

AWT-01 is designed and developed based on customized hardware and software for oil & gas industry. It will offer automatic data recording and
processing in the well test: pressure,
temperature, mud flow, etc and make calculation on a lot of recorded well data. Real-time charting and multi-mode display will be provided. This has
been effective used in oil platforms of Vietsovpetro.

Well logging system ALS-03M

ALS-03M is designed and implemented to measure, collect and process oil exploration and production geophysic data. This system is completely compatible with a family of Russian logging tools and others.

Collision warning system SS-2000

SS-2000 is specially used for collision warning and testing in the oil & gas drilling. With 8 signal inputs, the system makes proper analysis of sounds/signals received from surrounded oil wells. This will provides main functions as drilled parameters monitoring, recorded data storage and replay.
